Dimensionally stable PTFE-coated glass cloth – type 100-6 AS – Anti-static
100-6 AS is a Premium grade dimensionally stable, PTFE-coated glass fabric, with an anti-static coating. This PTFE coated glass cloth has a very high PTFE content and is specifically coated to offer an extremely smooth surface with good wear characteristics.
Our Anti-static PTFE glass cloth is typically used in applications requiring great release properties in a static dissipative environment.
A specially formulated black PTFE film is used to coat our anti-static products. Throughout operation, these fabrics remove static electricity. In the fashion industry, conductive black materials are commonly used as conveyor belts throughout fusion presses. The product does not contain prohibited substances as outlined in the RoHS Directive and will not affect compliance with RoHS.
