Our FDA-compliant white Viton® rubber sheeting is designed to resist chlorinated hydrocarbons, fuels, acids, and high temperatures. It’s the ideal choice for gaskets, seals, strips, and joints, especially in food and pharmaceutical settings. For your convenience, we also provide white food-grade FKM rubber sheeting as an alternative to Viton®. Please note that while it excels in many areas, it’s not suitable for use with ketones like acetone and organic acids.

FKM / Viton® rubber sheeting – white food quality is a 70° durometer, 66% fluorine, 100% virgin fluoroelastomer compound intended for repeated food contact in food grade applications, formulated to meet FDA guidelines as described in the Code of Federal Regulations 21 CFR 177.2600. After vulcanising the material is post cured for 8 hours at 180°C
