Our foam PVC sheets are crafted from lightweight closed-cell, free foam, rigid PVC, offering a reliable and versatile material for various applications. With a matte finish that is both robust and homogeneously colored, our foam PVC sheets are an ideal canvas for a multitude of creative endeavors. Whether you’re into screen printing, painting, laminating, vinyl lettering, or shaping projects, the matte surface provides the perfect backdrop for your artistic expressions.
These sheets are remarkably easy to work with; you can cut, drill, bend, and fabricate them using standard plastic tools and fasteners. While they are primarily designed for interior applications, exercise caution when considering exterior use, especially when dark paint, ink, or vinyl is involved. Extreme temperature variations can cause expansion and contraction, so it’s wise to conduct tests before embarking on large-scale production. We do not recommend extended or permanent use of Foam PVC in outdoor settings.
