PBI (Chinese name: polybenzimidazole) is the highest level of engineering plastics today.
Features:
1. The long-term working temperature of high temperature is 310℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 760℃.
2. Corrosion resistance remains stable in acid-base environment.
3. High strength It is twice as strong as Vespel products, the highest strength product among existing engineering plastics.
4. High hardness, its hardness is one half of glass.
5. High purity ash can be controlled below 2ppm. Suitable for semiconductor industry, special glass industry, high performance requirements for plastic products used.
Due to its superior performance, PBI may find optimal solutions in areas where other plastics cannot be achieved.

Features: The maximum allowable temperature in air is extremely high (can work continuously under 280 degrees, and the maximum temperature in a short time can reach 450 degrees).
