The physical and chemical properties
1. Corrosion resistance, excellent electrical insulation (especially high frequency insulation), chlorination, irradiation modification, glass fiber reinforcement. 1. Crystallization material, moisture absorption is small, does not need to be fully dry, excellent fluidity, fluidity is sensitive to pressure, molding should be injected with high pressure, uniform material temperature, fast filling speed, full pressure retention. It is not suitable to use a direct gate to prevent uneven contraction and increase internal stress. Pay attention to the gate location to prevent shrinkage and deformation.
The shrinkage range and shrinkage value are large, the direction is obvious, and the deformation is easy to warp. Cooling speed should be slow, mold set cold material hole, and cooling system.

When soft plastic parts have shallow side grooves, they can be forced to release.
5. Melt rupture may occur, and it is not suitable to contact with organic solvents to prevent cracking.

Processing and application
It can be processed by blow molding, extrusion, injection molding and other methods, and is widely used in the manufacture of films, hollow products, fibers and daily sundries. In the actual production, in order to improve the stability of polyethylene to ultraviolet light and oxidation, and improve the processing and use performance, a small amount of plastic additives should be added. Commonly used UV absorbers are o-hydroxydiphenyl ketone or its alkoxy derivatives, etc. Carbon black is an excellent UV shielding agent. In addition, antioxidants, lubricants, colorants, etc. are added to expand the application scope of polyethylene.
