Our Phenolic Paper Sheet Class XX is created by subjecting phenolic resin-impregnated insulation paper to heat and pressure. This industrial laminate is specifically engineered for insulating components in electric motors and electronic appliances that demand exceptional mechanical strength and insulation against oils.
Within the phenolic family, Grade X, XX, and XXX Phenolic Paper Laminates are the most cost-effective materials. Phenolic paper offers reliable mechanical properties, and each “X” signifies varying levels of dielectric strength and mechanical performance. Grade XX is ideally suited for general electrical insulation needs and is compliant with MIL-I-24768/11 TYPE PBG.
