Our PTFE pipe lining process employs cutting-edge machining techniques to ensure the perfect adhesion of PTFE to the stub ends. This exceptional adhesion guarantees that PTFE remains free from any strain even after years of service.
To facilitate the hassle-free installation of pipes and fittings, our system incorporates flanges, one of which is free and the other fixed.
We apply PTFE in standard thicknesses, ranging from a minimum of 3 mm to a maximum of 7 mm. These thicknesses not only enable vacuum service but also rank among the highest in the PTFE-lined piping market.
Our product range extends far beyond PTFE-lined straight pipes and fittings; it encompasses everything needed for installation, including gaskets, bellows, hoses, snap-on connections with linings, sensors, tanks, columns, and more.
We stand by the quality of our products, subjecting each item to a rigorous inspection to detect any accidental porosity in the PTFE, as well as conducting hydrostatic tests in accordance with the operating pressure of the plant.
Our PTFE lining products can be supplied with the CE mark, ensuring compliance with the 97/23/EC directive (PED).
