UHMWPE Self-Lubricating Synthetic Ice Panels for Hockey Skating Rinks
Our UHMWPE self-lubricating synthetic ice panels are designed for creating artificial ice surfaces that offer the unique advantage of self-lubrication during use. As you skate, the surface becomes smoother with continued use. These panels are exceptionally durable and can withstand strong impacts. They also repel water and provide excellent resistance to wear and abrasion, ensuring optimum sliding characteristics and dimensional stability.
Key Features:
- Self-lubricating effect for enhanced smoothness over time
- Exceptionally strong impact resistance
- High energy absorption at rapid loading rates
- Water-resistant design
- Excellent abrasion and wear resistance
- Ideal sliding characteristics
- Dimensional stability
Our synthetic ice panels are made from UHMWPE, specifically engineered for metal blade skates, ensuring improved performance and durability. These panels are incredibly slippery, with a 15% higher coefficient of friction than real ice, allowing for a true ice-skating experience. You can enjoy skating on our synthetic hockey ice without the need for wax or other additives, making it suitable for all weather conditions.
Create a flat and level skating experience for your customers with our UHMWPE self-lubricating synthetic ice panels. Whether for domestic, commercial, or professional training applications, our panels can be used both indoors and outdoors. We recommend a level surface for an easier and quicker installation. Unlike dovetail cut synthetic ice panels, which won’t function well on uneven surfaces due to their lack of vertical locking, our tongue and groove UHMW-PE panels are more forgiving on less level surfaces. Installing them on an uneven surface is still possible, providing flexibility without compromising the skating experience on your plastic ice rinks.
The system is simple to install and has a service life of up to 10 years, is used in the synthetic ice rink.
