Our standard grade of clear polycarbonate sheet for general purpose applications is Lexan® Exell® D polycarbonate sheet.

Polycarbonate Sheet

Polycarbonate sheet is a transparent glazing material offering extremely high impact resistance.
We supply polycarbonate sheets with proprietary UV protection, offering excellent weathering resistance, impact resistance and formability for skylights, covered walkways, roof lights, roof domes and barrel vaults. Lexan® Exell® D polycarbonate sheet can safely be used outside and will not yellow from exposure to UV light.

Lexan® Margard

Lexan® Margard MR5E sheet is a premium grade, hardcoated, high optical quality, polycarbonate sheet for building and vehicle safety & security glazing. Margard hardcoat gives improved abrasion and chemical resistance and maintains the UV protection of standard Lexan® Exell D polycarbonate sheet. This makes Lexan® Margard ideal for use in applications where frequent contact and cleaning may occur. Also offers resistance to graffiti.

Polycarbonate Mirror

Polycarbonate mirror sheet is intended for areas at high risk from impact such as horse stable mirrors, prison & hospital mirrors and similar applications where the improved impact strength over standard acrylic mirror is crucial.

Lexan F2000 - Polycarbonate Sheet

Lexan F2000 is a flame-retardant, transparent, polycarbonate sheet that offers impact resistance, optical quality, formability, stiffness and strength. Often used in electrical and electronic, transportation & building and construction industries.

Bullet resistant and bullet proof grades of LEXGARD Lexan laminates are advanced composite sheets that can withstand multi-shot assault from a variety of handguns and rifles of various powers, absorbing the total impact energy without dangerous spalling.

Engineering Grade Polycarbonate Rod & Sheet - PC1000

PC 1000 engineering grade polycarbonate rod & sheet is a transparent amorphous thermoplastic, offering very high impact strength and high modulus of elasticity. These properties, in addition to good electrical insulating and dielectric properties, make PC1000 polycarbonate an excellent choice for electrical/electronic applications. Its strength, impact resistance and transparency also make it an ideal material for certain transparent structural applications such as sight glasses and windows.

Note This material is ‘non-optical’ industrial quality, and is used for its technical properties rather than aesthetic appearance.

Shed Windows

Perfect for use as replacement shed windows, our premium grade Polycarbonate sheet provides a cost-effective way to replace damaged or old shed and greenhouse windows. Our replacement windows are UV stabilised meaning they are suitable for outdoor use for at least 5 years in normal conditions.
