The following is a summary of our Returns & Refunds Policy. to which all orders placed on or offline are subject to.


Important Definitions
(i) “Company” means E-polymer Plastic Group(including www.e-polymer.com and www.e-lastics.com)
(ii) “Buyer” means the person or entity who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Company
(iii) “Goods” “Purchase(s)” means the item(s), article(s), or service(s) the Company is to supply in accordance with these conditions of sale
(iv) “Consumer” means an individual, rather than a company or other organisation, and acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside of his or her trade, business, craft or profession
(v) “Business” or “Trader” means an individual or organisation whether publicly or privately owned, who is acting – including through any other person acting in their name or on their behalf – for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession in relation to contracts for goods and services.


Business Transactions: Unwanted Goods, Rejection and Cancellation

(i) Returns & Refunds We do not offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted Goods, unless they are faulty or identified as damaged on receipt of delivery.

We may, at our discretion, authorise returns which would be subject to a restocking charge of USD30.00 + VAT or 20% of the invoice value (whichever is greater).

(ii) Cancellation The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of: 50% of the total order value; or, the total value of work in progress relating to that order; whichever is greater, on any order which has been accepted by us and subsequently cancelled by you.

Returns & Refunds

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for unwanted items, unless they are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery, except for transactions covered by your right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel all or part of your contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods or services you ordered. Please note that any refund related to delivery charges will be processed as part of your overall refund, once we have received your entire order at the address specified below.

We will initiate the refund process within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

You must take reasonable care of the Goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, in original condition, before we can issue your refund.

Please note that unless the Goods are faulty, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transportation for returned Goods. Alternatively, we can facilitate the collection process on your behalf and deduct this amount from the refund owed to you. It’s important to be aware that the cost of us arranging the collection will be communicated to you before proceeding and may exceed the original carriage charge you paid.

Should you opt to return any products to us, please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a recorded and adequately insured delivery service. In cases where returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you for any associated costs or withhold refunds for amounts attributed to such loss or damage.

Additionally, please be aware that these regulations do not pertain to cut pieces, machined parts, or any other items that have been specifically manufactured, cut, or supplied to your personal specifications. If you require further clarification, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Your right to cancel an order commences as soon as you place your order and remains valid for a period of 14 days from the date you receive it.

It’s important to note that these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

OUR VOLUNTARY RETURNS GUARANTEE FOR CONSUMERS

Without affecting your statutory rights, we also offer the following Voluntary Returns Guarantee for Consumer transactions (not applicable to Business or Trader transactions):

All products purchased online from www.e-lastics.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving them, provided that the products are complete, unused, and undamaged. Please notify us of your intention to return items before sending them back. This Voluntary Returns Guarantee does not apply to custom-cut pieces, machined parts, or any other items that have been manufactured, cut, or supplied to your specific specifications. If you require further clarification, please contact us before placing your order.

If you choose to return products under this Voluntary Returns Guarantee, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid, excluding the delivery costs of your initial purchase. Additionally, you are responsible for the transportation risk and return shipping costs. Please note that this returns guarantee does not override your statutory rights, including your statutory right of cancellation, as described above.

Via mail or courier service. We strongly recommend obtaining a certificate of posting (readily available at all Post Offices and through carriers at no additional cost) when returning items using this method. We will reimburse reasonable postage and carriage charges.
ii) Directly to e-lastics.com warehouse. Simply return the item to us for a replacement, repair or refund.
iii) Collection by e-lastics.com. We can arrange collection from you free of charge.
In all cases, our delivery note or other proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Upon receipt of the product we will examine it or we may have to return it to the Manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days.
