Discover ABS Sheet (General Purpose ABS Plastic Sheets – thermoforming grade) at Professional Plastics, available in an array of colors and grades. ABS sheets are manufactured in monolayer and co-extruded multilayer options. We stock Standard Black and White ABS sheets with a Hair Cell finish on one side. Custom color options are also available, as well as tailored formulations for enhanced performance and cost savings, including Virgin Cap + Utility Base, Low Gloss (matte) Cap + Utility Base, and Custom Color Cap + Utility Base.
Our standard ABS sheet finish features a Hair Cell texture on one side and a smooth surface on the other. GP Forming Grade ABS Sheets are designed for durability and easy vacuum forming.

- Standard Sizing: Our ABS sheets are typically sold in standard full sheet sizes, measuring 48″ x 96″.
- Shipping Note: ABS sheets larger than 36″ x 48″ cannot be shipped via UPS. To minimize shipping costs, consider selecting the smallest sheet size suitable for your project.
