PAI plate:
English name Polyamideimide, is a new type of engineering plastic containing amide group. Because of the very stable aromatic heterocyclic structure in polyimide molecules, it shows the incomparable heat and low temperature resistance of other polymer materials, and has excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability in high temperature environment.
TORLON 4203 PAI 4203 (tan)
It is one of the best PAI toughness and impact strength. Because of its inherent high temperature resistance, size stability and good machining performance. The TORLON 4203 PAI is often used in the manufacture of precision parts for high technology equipment. Moreover, because of its good electrical insulation, it has been widely used in the field of electrical components.
TORLON 4301 PAI (dark green)
Compared with unfilled PTFE and graphite, it has better wear resistance and lower friction coefficient. The TORLON 4301PAI also exhibits excellent size stability over a wide range of temperatures. Materials of this grade are used in applications where wear resistance is extremely high, such as unlubricated bearings, seals, bearing isolation rings and reciprocating compressor parts.
TORLON 5530 PAI (dark green)
Reinforced with 30% glass fiber filling, it exhibits better rigidity, strength and creep resistance than TORLON 4203 PAI. Very suitable for manufacturing structural parts, at high temperature for a long time to support fixed load work. Moreover, the TORLON 5530 PAI is widely used in the fabrication of precision parts, such as electronics and semiconductor industries, due to its excellent dimensional stability at 250 ° C. With regard to the TORLON 5530 PAI used as a sliding part, its suitability should be carefully checked as fiberglass can scratch the surface.
Features

Important note
TORLON ® RAI has the disadvantage of being extremely vulnerable to various chemical damage. The steam will also degrade the material rapidly. PEEK may be ideal when working at high temperatures and especially when chemical properties and resistance to hydrolysis are required.
· Due to TORLON & Reg; RAI has quite high hygroscopicity. If the parts work at high temperature or the machining accuracy is required to be high, they should be dried before installation. If the parts are wet and work at a temperature above 200 ℃ quickly, thermal shock deformation will be caused
