Round Clear Cast Acrylic PMMA Rod
Our acrylic rod shares the same specifications and material as our acrylic sheet but takes on a cylindrical form. There are two primary methods for crafting acrylic PMMA rods.
The first method involves casting the acrylic PMMA material into a rod with the desired diameter, resulting in what we call a “cast acrylic rod.” This method ensures the highest optical quality.
Additionally, our cast acrylic rods come in a wide range of diameters, reaching up to an impressive 200 mm.
The second manufacturing technique involves extruding the acrylic material to create what we refer to as extruded acrylic rods. While this option may be more budget-friendly, it is a practical and economical solution for situations where visual quality is not the top priority in casting acrylic rods.
