PTFE Needle Felt for Your Filtration Needs
Our PTFE needle felt is expertly crafted by blending PTFE scrim with PTFE staple fiber. It can be further processed to create PTFE needle felt with a membrane or PTFE impregnated needled felt, making it suitable for a wide range of operating conditions and filter fineness requirements.
In demanding environments characterized by high corrosivity, extreme temperatures, and elevated humidity levels, our 100 percent PTFE needle felt is the top choice. It finds widespread use in applications such as waste incineration, medical waste disposal, and the chemical industry.
Key Features of Our PTFE Needle Felt:
- Maximum Width: 2.2 meters
- Operating Temperature: Up to 270°C
- Standard Weight Options: 750 gsm, 800 gsm
- Finishing Treatments: Singeing, Calendaring, Heat Setting
PTFE, commonly known as Teflon, is a remarkable chemical fiber fabric. It boasts exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, and various organic solvents, rendering it virtually insoluble in any solvent. Additionally, PTFE fabric exhibits remarkable heat resistance and has a low coefficient of friction, making it easy to clean and maintain.
